The Malmö and Copenhagen ports have merged into one organization. Ferry lines to Copenhagen Malmö Port transport passengers as well as freight and trucks. More than three million people start their journey in this port every year. From Malmö there is a passenger line to Travemünde (Germany). From Copenhagen, there are ferries to Oslo, Rønne (Bornholm) and Swinjouscie (Poland).
