CREWS & SERVICES

Film crews in Denmark and Sweden are generally small, flexible and multi-skilled. Firm agreements are in place between the organizations of movie workers and employers. This can make it costly to shoot for more than ten hours a day or five days a week. However, the unions have approved special agreements in special cases. Overall, there is widespread awareness that international productions require great flexibility.
