The public transportation network in the Oresund Region is extensive and highly integrated between the two countries. Trains cross the Sound every 20 minutes. Buses go everywhere and Copenhagen has a new subway, the Metro, with trains running every few minutes.

In general, public transportation in the Oresund Region can be counted on to run on time. In Greater Copenhagen and the city of Malmö, public transportation will take you practically anywhere you want to go.
